Goodbye Mum, I am so relieved you are no longer suffering. We will make it our life’s mission to raise money for MND to find a cure. Now you can rest peacefully with Grandpa & Grandma and we will continue to look after Dad. I promise that Spencer will know all about you and will be looking up for Grandma’s star every night.
